Jared Fischer brings more than a decade of leadership experience across supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and business transformation.

Having held senior leadership positions at Adams Group, Darey Brands (Emmi Group), and Foster Farms, Jared has led initiatives focused on operational excellence, supply chain optimization, profitability improvement, and organizational performance.

With an MBA from California State University, Fresno, Jared combines strategic business insight with hands-on operational experience to help organizations solve complex challenges and achieve measurable results.
